PROCEDURES
In accordance to
the effects of the movement and after analyzing and understanding the
movement in the Sultanate, its membership, annual development ratio,
obstacles, and challenges that are faced internally and externally,
the NOSG started the following procedural steps:
1- To state and study each case and to specify procedural steps for
executing them.
2- Identify the growth rates targeted for each section.
3- Focusing on a long term plan for the development of the movement
through two 5-years plans ( 1993-1997) ( 1998-2002 ).
4- The First five-year plan is executed.
5- The Second five-year plan is under execution. Drawbacks of the
first five-year plan are under review and evaluation.
