Development of sections is considered as one of the most dominant
outputs in the evaluation of the first phase in the national strategy
plan (1993-1997 ). This phase paved the way for aiming the targets set
forth and for the interests of the work, that refers to the reality of
the movement and contributions to achieve the objectives.

SCOUTS / GUIDES - LEADERS.
• Introducing technical support and instructional visits for leaders and
units.
• To obtain documents, technical and informative pamphlets and
distributing them to the units. |
COMMITTEES FOR SECTIONS IN THE COMMISSARIATES
• Allowing the sections committees to benefit from camping and permanent
training centres at different regions for execution of its activities
and programs.
• Up-grading the syllabi for each section and implementing them for its
success.
• Financing the execution of the Scouts activity plans, which the
commissariats set up yearly, and formulating the requirements for its
execution and its success.
• Presenting technical advice to heads and members of sections
committees.
• To hold competitions and centralised gatherings for each section
throughout the year.
• To obtain Scouts uniform and accessories according to the approved
specifications from the Scouts shop.
• Coverage by media such as newspapers, radio and televisions on
different occasions.
• To facilitate researchers to obtain information on different matters
from the library of the Organisation.
• To provide incentives for the distinguished members in the programs
and activities of each section. |
