DEVELOPMENT OF SECTIONS

Development of sections is considered as one of the most dominant outputs in the evaluation of the first phase in the national strategy plan (1993-1997 ). This phase paved the way for aiming the targets set forth and for the interests of the work, that refers to the reality of the movement and contributions to achieve the objectives.

• The technical committee consists of heads of specialised committees and three experts. • The Central committee for Section Development consists of Heads of Section Development committees at the commissariats and three experts. • The Section development Committee at the commissariat consists of heads of section committees and three experts.

SCOUTS / GUIDES - LEADERS. • Introducing technical support and instructional visits for leaders and units. • To obtain documents, technical and informative pamphlets and distributing them to the units.	COMMITTEES FOR SECTIONS IN THE COMMISSARIATES • Allowing the sections committees to benefit from camping and permanent training centres at different regions for execution of its activities and programs. • Up-grading the syllabi for each section and implementing them for its success. • Financing the execution of the Scouts activity plans, which the commissariats set up yearly, and formulating the requirements for its execution and its success. • Presenting technical advice to heads and members of sections committees. • To hold competitions and centralised gatherings for each section throughout the year. • To obtain Scouts uniform and accessories according to the approved specifications from the Scouts shop. • Coverage by media such as newspapers, radio and televisions on different occasions. • To facilitate researchers to obtain information on different matters from the library of the Organisation. • To provide incentives for the distinguished members in the programs and activities of each section.
Scouts & Guides • To honour the deserving members by badges and certificates. • To provide uniforms accessories with badges to the registered units every year. • To grant an opportunity to the members to participate in the events and activities held in the GCC, Arab, and International level.
